• Which Scout you own (Scout II, Traveler, Scout Motors)
• Listing information you submit
• Listings you save (clubs, events, marketplaces, services)
• Messages you send us

If you use Near me on the map, your browser can share your location with the page so we can sort pins by distance. That location stays in your browser. We do not store it.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Run and improve the directory
• Review and display listings you submit
• Keep you signed in
• Email a reminder a week before and the day before an event you saved
• Send password-reset and other account mail
• Answer when you write to us
• Send the ScoutClubs letter if you subscribe

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With your consent
• To comply with the law
• To protect the service
• With vendors who help us operate, such as hosting and email

If you subscribe to the ScoutClubs letter, Buttondown runs that list under their own privacy policy.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

Your Rights

You can update your name, country, and vehicle info from your account, and you can unsave listings. To delete your account, or to ask what we hold, write to us through the contact page.

Cookies

We use a session cookie so we can keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
