By accessing or using ScoutClubs, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Use of Service

ScoutClubs is a directory of International Harvester Scout clubs, events, news, shops, and services, plus a map. You can browse without an account. An account lets you save listings and get a reminder before an event you saved. Anyone can submit a listing; we review it before it goes up.

User Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for your password and for activity on your account.

User Content

When you submit a listing or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it as part of the directory. You confirm you have the right to submit it, and that it does not violate anyone else's rights.

We may edit, refuse, or remove listings.

News items are links to other publishers. We do not control those pages.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Scrape or collect data without permission

Disclaimer of Warranties

ScoutClubs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Listings and news come from clubs, shops, and other publishers. We do not guarantee they are complete or current.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScoutClubs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Modifications

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
